About us
Founded in 2000, our group meets on the second and fourth Mondays of every month at 7:00 P.M. Due to Covid-19 we have been using Zoom for our meetings. We anticipate returning to our old spot upstairs at the Old Town Bar, 45 East 18th Street, NYC when the plague has passed. We discuss Chesterton’s work ( as well as that of some of his contemporaries) and cover several books a year. Over the past twenty years we have read Orthodoxy, Heretics, Ballad of the White Horse, The Ball and the Cross, The Man Who Was Thursday and The Everlasting Man amongst others. Chesterton is the gift that keeps on giving!
